Annual Gala Benefit Set For April – More Info to Come
Mark your calendar now for the Virginia Symphony Society’s annual gala benefit for the Virginia Symphony, to take place the evening of April 14th at the Governor’s Land at Two Rivers Club House in Williamsburg.
Actress and Yorktown native, Tiffany Haas, famous for her role as Glinda in the Broadway show Wicked, will perform Broadway tunes and old favorites during the dinner. Tiffany will be accompanied by pianist Bart Keubler. Local high school music students will provide live music during the cocktail hour. Live auction items for the Broadway-themed event will include a trip to New York City with tickets to Broadway shows, a wine-tasting experience, and a voice lesson with Tiffany Haas.
Proceeds from past galas have totaled over $200,000 that have gone directly toward providing VSO led musical experiences in our region – including local concert programming and new music education programs led by professional VSO musicians in our schools.
Always a fun-filled and elegant evening – complete with fine dining and live music – the annual gala has become a much anticipated spring event.
More details and a link for online ticket purchases will be posted on this page when they are available.
Thank You to Our 2019 Gala Sponsors
The annual gala benefit, which helps to support the symphony’s presence in our region, could not be possible without the contributions of our corporate sponsors, individual sponsors, our strong team of volunteers, and the many philanthropic guests who join in the fun of the live auction.
